5.1 Ret Upgrade items priority

So 5.1 is dropping tomorrow, and im trying to figure out which items to upgrade 1st

ive saved up 3000vp, so will be able to do 4 upgrades
atm 2 of those will be going on hc starshatter, but im really not sure where to put those other 2 (trinket perhaps)

Does anyone know of a tool, or have a general guideline to eval where the best use would be ?

Was looking for something a bit more evaluated than that, im coming from a min/max point of view, seems askmrrobot is having a pop at trying to do it

While I don't see my guild doing Heroics anytime soon I know I'll be upgrading my Starshatter for sure after that kinda at a loss as well myself.

the weapon upgrade should be the 1st priority, since the item upgrade appears to affect weapon dps as well as its stats, the weapon upgrade is by far the biggest upgrade we can do, but after that, i really cant decide

Give your Lei-Shin's Orders an upgrade after the weapon. Generally the order (in BiS stuff) will be Weapon > Good Trinkets > Chest/Helmet > Other Trinkets > Legs > Everything else > Bracers last.

The best trinkets are Heroics, and before that it's Darkmoon card. So first thing I upgrade is darkmoon. I have LFR sword, so I won't be using any VP on it.

Probably will be using them on both of my trinkets: darkmoon+regular lei shin's. Probability of earning an heroic weapon is, for me, approximately zero.
But i won't upgrade anything other then normal mode BIS eigther, so i'll skip upping my normal starshatter in favor of a shin'ka in the future.

have upgraded my weapon so far, just as a note, armoury isnt currently showing upgrades (as far as i can see)

Regarding the items not showing up on the armory: I'm guessing that might be related to the blizzard API not being updated as well. However, the armory and the API aren't totally linked - sometimes the API returns one thing, but the armory another. Here's a post from Blizzard: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/7200051045

I did upgrade my Shin'ka 2/2, and then going for the trinkets and after I am done with them - pieces from the tier armour.
