Yet another Frost DK weapon question

Main spec is Blood so I'm not quite sure on this one...
I just got some pvp weapons, Gladiator's Slicer, and was wondering if, for PvE, as an offhand one of them would beat out Ook's Hozen Slicer.

I'd genuinely be interested to know how you've managed to acquire a season 13 weapon at this time. Or even for what reason that thing is in the database.

OH? Ook imho. Weapon damage, as OH, really doesn't matter.

At 485 ilvl as DW Frost, Simcraft gives the following stat weights:

5.47 MH DPS
3.39 STR
2.79 OH DPS
1.99 Expertise
1.81 Hit
1.35 Mastery
1.31 AP
1.30 Haste
1.04 Crit

Difference between the two weapons:

470 PvP weapon has 274 Crit, 164.2 Melee DPS, 26 STR over the 463
463 weapon has 219 Mastery, 279 Expertise over the 470

Score for 470 PvP weapon: (274 * 1.04) + (164.2 * 2.79) + (26 * 3.39) = 831.2
Score for 463 weapon: (219 * 1.35) + (279 * 1.99) = 850.9

It's a very small difference though.
