Besides the Saw franchise, I feel it's just gore and not a true horror in my opinion.

I was just referring to the song. I actually haven't played Dead Space, sadly, only watched it, both the first and second game.

First one is pretty good actually, and I think it can be considered horror(especially those motherfucking, immortal zombies) if you're playing it for the first time, the second one though, I agree that it's more about being a gory game than spoky or scary.

But I still think both are good, because I love the lore in there, and I've watched the mini movies, which are three or two, can't remember now, so, even though I haven't played it, I enjoy Dead Space.

Although I can completely agree with you besides Dead space 2 being all gore, I think it's just the effect of playing the first game then going on to the second, the scare factor isn't as big as it was previously you've simply adjusted to it and know what to possibly expect.

Oh lol. Stupid me. I saw you typed Saw but I started typing about Dead Space for some reason. ._.

I actually have never seen a Saw movie from the beginning until the end, not even the first one, since I heard that's the best movie from...

Either way, what I've seen about is gore yes, it's not even scary lol, I might even say it's actually funny. ROFL! I remember a part where there were three people in a store and two dudes were facing each other with a chainsaw that moved towards each other depending on which one did more force, and there was this chick on top, with another chainsaw going up as the time passed, that scene, omfg, it was just so hilarious, I couldn't stop laughing, especially when her guts started coming out. XD LOL!!!!!

Also, the movie Mirrors, haven't watch it fully but the scene in the bathroom, where the chick opens her own mouth, because of the mirror, I laughed at it too, well, my whole class did, it was hilarious. :p

Yeah, true, I worded that badly tbh. Both games are gory but it's true that you get used to it since it's kinda the same thing, kinda, you just get used to it rather fast yeah.
