My boyfriend asked me one time if I wanted pancakes and he gave me that second option. So at least some people use the term to describe all of those. I think it's a bit similiar to crepes, but these can be salty too. My grandma makes awesome ones with this minced-meat sauce inside them and she covers them in cheese before putting them in the oven. And overall they're not as sweet as crepes and don't always even "require" you to put something on them. Like jam, ice-cream or sugar.

Eh, I wouldn't know, I live in the States, so I don't even see the other two, however, we also have pancakes that are HUGE, and most people are talking about those when they say "pancakes" as I don't know anyone but my family that eats the small pancakes like in picture number three.
