    Hell, most of the best OC's out there are actually pretty average in appearance. When you try too much to be too unique, the OC gets cluttered down with too many details.

    Part of a good OC is the character being believable. And one of the big parts of being a believable character is being one who you can miss in a crowd.

    Yeah, but it's generic enough that it can be anything you decide it to be.

    You want his talent to be speed? Spot on. Maybe he builds things. Electrician perhaps? Might just be really dedicated to working on the weather.

    Could even be a comedian, with wits as quick as lightning.
