Need help identifying mods

I'm trying to identify a few mods I saw on the FatbossTV guides. Specifically, what mod are they using for the player and target frames and what mod are they using for that middle energy / combo point display?

Unit frames look a lot like default Shadowed Unit Frames, but I think Pitbull can be configured to look the same. Can't help you with energy/cp display though.
