Warlord Talent explain "Calculating"

Hi all, I would like to ask one thing about Warlords Calculating talent the talent goes like this : " Increase the dmg on Finishers and attacks that must follow a block by 6%". This means that my Tempest Finishers (skyfall for example) will recieve an additional 6% dmg or the talent is only for Finishers that require block, cause i cant find any finisher with block required on Warlords Soul tree.

It affects both Finishers and attacks which follow a Block.
Skyfall would receive the benefit.
