If you have a high level toon, do Naxx 10 - pets, gold and loads of cloth - best bit is between Noth and Heigan, pull all the bats, slugs and other mobs.
Also, soloing normal/hc WotLK 5 mans with humanoids is good - start out with Utgarde Keep & Pinnacle!
