So are we dead yet?
8:43 AM here in Sydney Australia and it's another dreary day here.
"This Friday at the stroke of solstice (4:12 a.m. Mountain Standard Time), the Maya Long Count calendar will click over to read "13.0.0.0.0," (pronounced "thirteen b'aktun") for the first time in 5,125 years." - Huffington Post article

Countdown time.
I would LOVE to see Zombie Apocalypse...good reason to slaughter people, dead or alive.

Its 10:am in Brisbane...21st...nothing happened, nothing will. But I am hoping for a zombie apocalypse...
guys everyone knows from the movies that the end of world will be in america.
The difference, again, being that Mayan "timekeeping" was limited to calendar days, not a clock. Many of the tinfoil crowd who manufactured the "doomsday" idea chose to associate it with this year's December solstice, which occurs at 11:12 UTC on the 21st. That's 10 hours and 40 minutes away from the time of this post.
Silly 'Peans, it only counts when it hits the 21st in America.
My Cuban neighbors just delivered their annual Christmas pot of green chili pork stew. My world may be ending in the morning.
I just feel sad for the people that actually put their lives to this, sell all their stuff and go around preaching about it then nothing happens (same as that other one in October last year or whenever it was).
Sure they brought it on themselves....but still...
Its supposed to be a pole shift. Never heard anything about black holes or aliens.
This just in! Americans make movies about America and Europeans get butthurt.
