Lost Shadowed Unit Frame Profiles

My wow crashed and now i have lost my shadowed unit frames profiles.

Can I get them back? I really dont want to spend an hour on each toon reseting everything up.

Unless you had WoW backed up I'm afraid not.

If you have another copy of wow on an external device or something you can copy your WTF file over into your other wow folder and that should give you your profiles back.

Sucks man, I've spent about 6 hours on my SUF configuration so definitely having a backup is nice, I would be insanely pissed off if I lost it
