Is there anyway to see teams from different battlegroups? or whatever? to see top teams etc? Thanks.
Do you mean the PvP ladders? If so, you can go to WoW's website, then click on the community tab at the top. You can check out the rankings in any arena bracket and also RBGs. You can sort by battlegroup, realm, and composition. (sorry, can't post links yet)
