The point I was making there was that it's silly to justify the stance that homosexuality is like pedophilia because people rape each other. Rape isn't inherent to homosexuality. People of all types do it.

While this is disgusting and horrible, I struggle to see what the point of this thread is. If you pretend to infer from "anti-gay person did bad shit" that "anti-gay people are universally awful" then you've just taken what is know as a logical jump. There's no connection. While I'm personally in favor of gay marriage and all that jazz, you can't tarnish all anti-gay people by the actions of one. We are all different, people of all different walks of life and opinions do bad shit. That's just life. Doing bad things isn't exclusive to whichever group you may not like.
