Research Data Collection

I would like to extend to everyone the opportunity to participate in an ongoing research project under the supervision of the University of Northern Iowa. Individuals that choose to participate will play a video game for a short period of time, and then complete a short fill in the blank test. The study will take no more than 30 minutes of your time, and participation is completely optional. If you have any issues, please e-mail me at goldsmip@uni.edu so that we may work through them together.

To participate you must have access to either "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" or "Thunderwheels." Thunderwheels is available free of charge on Steam, a computer program. For more information about Steam, please go to www.steampowered.com. This research, not counting playing the game, will take no more than 30 minutes.

Note: The average completion time for the survey is around 6 minutes. A demo for Thunderwheels is available at http://www.g-boot.com/component/opti...fileinfo/id,3/. If you wish to participate, simply install the demo, complete a single race (approximately 2 minutes), and then complete the survey.
