They don't understand why they can't cut insulation with a torch, or why they can't weld against a fuel tank. Everything smells like shit. The tank cleaners that clean their fuel tanks (Diesel, 6 Oil, Lube Oil, etc) go in with nothing but swim trunks, a bucket of diesel for degreaser, and a rag. They don't understand why they can't just randomly lift up deck plates without putting up warning signs.
