Fairy Tail only has one large filler arc. It does have some filler episodes, but those are based on special chapters that the creator made up, so it isn't technically filler.

The Daphne Arc (Filler Arc) and Key of the Starry Sky Arc (Filler Arc) are both decently long, though I suppose only the latter ridiculously so. The Jiggle Butt Gang is so bad though.

There are a couple OC creator "games", but no official ones. The one official pony game is more of a "Build your own world" type thing.

The only official pony games I know of are some of the random game swith ponies on the HUB website, and the mediocre cash grab game for smart phones. If you want a pony creator though, you can use this one, though it isn't official by any means.

Oh the Daphne arc. That was barely an arc, being only 6 episodes long. Key of the Starry Sky was 26 which is about normal arc length.

There will always be a few filler episodes so the anime doesn't catch up to the manga.

Considering I hate anything in Bleach beyond the first season (god the soul society, whoever thought it was a good idea to send ichigo there is kidding themselves. Seriously, why couldn't they just have it all take place in the city like it did the first season) and I lost interest in Naruto when Orochimaru came into the scene, I still quite enjoyed the filler I saw.

That filler was tame compared to how bad Naruto and Bleach got. Almost every arc followed with a filler arc and Bleach was excruciating with this.

One Piece on the other hand has about 40 episodes in total that are filler, which is less than a tenth of the total episodes.

From time to time it can generally be good, the recent Naruto filler, the mini Power arc, was actually quite enjoyable, mainly because it had pretty damn good animation, close to movie quality since it had gradient shading (which is sort of new to anime) and was only 6 episodes long.
