[H] <Iridium> 4/16H 16/16N Recruiting exceptional players.

Iridium is a new semi-hardcore horde guild on Darkspear-US and we are currently recruiting exceptional players for both of our 10man raid teams. These two teams will soon be combining for 25man raiding a few weeks prior to 5.2 and pushing into the new tier as a 25man guild. We have only been raiding solid since a couple weeks before the holidays and we will be catching up fast. Most of the people here have raided together before, and are highly skilled players. Below is a list of the main classes/specs we are looking for but if your exceptionally skilled please feel free to apply no matter if your class is listed. We are always looking for great players, and spots are competitive if better players are found.

What we are looking for:
Elemental, enhance and resto shamans.
Rogue(could use 2-3 as we currently have none)
Frost DK(could use 1-2 as we currently have none of this spec)
Shadow/holy/disc Priests (players that are comfortable with shadow and one of the healing specs are preferred).
Fury warrior
Prot and Ret pally's with main demand on ret for the time being.
Warlock skilled in Affliction and Demo.

All other classes/specs are welcome to apply and you will be fully considered for a spot no matter of our current needs. Our raids:
Monday-Thursday(Fri-Sun being off nights)
7:30- 12:00 MST(there is 2 groups within this time, one 7:30-11:30 and one 9-12. Final goal for 25man is 8-12)
Drama free raid environment(of course cant guarantee something wont happen, but it will be handled).
As far as loot, simple roll system with emphasis on putting the gear where its most needed. Loot does not need to be a big issue in a small 10 man raid ever. As for 25man we will be using a silent bid dkp system for efficient and drama free looting.
