We are recruiting an exceptional Disc/Holy priest for progression, who is experienced with both specs for current progression.
Raid parses preferred. We do NOT recruit for the bench, so this is a permanent spot, and there are no loot restrictions. You should know your BiS list, and you should be reasonably geared. You should be able to make the best decisions for the benefit of the group.

At the start of a new raid tier, we generally have a 5 day raid schedule for 2 weeks. Our goal is to be progressing in heroics on the third week. We understand completely if life happens, you just need to let an officer know.

Goals: We aim to get consistent progression before nerfs, while having fun. We are pretty laid back, coming from a more casual past, but when it is time to raid, everyone puts on their big boy pants.
in 5.2, we are aiming to be slightly more competitive. We are starting to catch up, but have fallen behind with an effort to go 25m that didn't go so well.
Needless to say, we are focusing PURELY on 10m, and have no intention to go back to 25m at this point.
We are aiming to be top 10 consistent realm progression in 5.2 and in the future.
