Just a quick random question for an idea I have (more details later*).


The stage where L90ETC play every hour... I cannot recall if the drums are set up all the time, or just when they are there playing.
Links/SSs would be helpful, but any knowledge is appreciated greatly.




*Should this idea come to fruition, I will share the finished version (no later than early March).
