I've never been in a bad LFR group, and I win 2-4 items every week in it. Even without coins on my side-main. (I even have the LFR BIS on my main).
I am, in all possibility, the luckiest player in all of WoW, apparently.

LFR this expansion doesn't hold a candle to how bad it was during DS.
Some notables though are:
1. Warrior tanks charging in on Spirit Kings (luckily that seems to have stopped now).
2. Starting the WoTE encounter with only one tank in the group.
3. Some idiot stepping in the purple on Garalon all the time.
4. When the tank doesn't turn Tsulong and half the raid gets breathed on.
5. People not stacking on Unseen Strike on Blade Lord. We lost 3 healers this week (me included) due to that.
Doesn't say much. I can sketch a situation of a ninja pull where a lot DPS were outside, but the healers in. They then keep healing, refusing to wipe / wanting a challenge, wasting everyone's time.
Can't see many bodies. Could've been regular 25m too. Lacks context. If tanks ninja quit/DC/whatever you'll need some taunting AND kiting.
Crux of my message is you can't really show with a screenshot how bad someone is due to lack of context.

You can play the blame game on others all you want but in 1 Unseen Strike only 1 healer should've died max; not 3.
i dont think ive ever dont LFR with everyone alive after an unseen strike..though normally its a dead lock or mage.

Let's put it this way: I've been thinking lately that HOF LFR needs to be nerfed so that the groups I've been winding up in can defeat the encounters.
When your raid's fight strategy is exactly the same as that Starship Troopers movie where everybody stands there and does DPS and nothing else occurs, you know that LFR has hit an all-time low.
Downing the boss? We wiped multiple times on the trash. TO THE FIRST BOSS.
Wiping on platform 4 Madness of Deathwing LFR, because people refuse to single-target DPS down the orange tentacles. So many of these.
90% of Ultraxion platform covered in purple fire, as shown on one screenie. Also tanks ALWAYS dying to Fading Light at some point, so I can't test my tunnelvision DPS because boss aggro'es on highest DPS (me)
Killing amalgamation on Spine below 9 stack, because STOP DPS is so hard. Stretching out the fight to 10-15 minutes.
Will of the Emperor wipe because some idiot starts the encounter with one tank in group (the other left after Elegon)
17 minute-long torture on Tsulong, because boss actually receives damage on Day phase, and enters Night with higher HP than it had. Dispeling is hard.
Same on Protectors with people not moving boss from healing pool, thus I'm doing 100k dps, trying my best with several other great DPSers in group but the boss is on...100% hp!
And the gem of T14 LFR - Feng phase 3, pretty much every group gets cut down to 5-12 people because idiots run in with the debuff on, killing most of the raid. If we're lucky and enough healers survive, it's a kill, with half the raid dead.
Man that trash.
I've wiped on that trash in LFR more times than I've wiped on the bosses. Last week, I did HoF late in the week on an alt - we wiped 4 times to trash before the first boss, and then wiped to an accidental pull on the first boss when 12 people were still dead.
From that point, we proceeded to effortlessly one shot everything else through Garalon.
I think the trash at the start of HoF might just be too hard for a disorganized group. Too many ways for tanks to easily die, and when the trash pulls are that large, that leads to a very fast wipe.
Maybe scale down the number of mobs in the pull to the number there are on 10, and buff the HP a little to make up for it. Would make the pulls take the same amount of time while making it less likely for the raid to explode on a tank death.
The ability to quickly, or preemptively, dump threat. But also, I remember this warrior tank saying he could tank Ultraxion alone. He died once quickly being ressed, some of our top DPS died from having aggro as well. He still insisted he could do it. His (?) name was "tankgoddess", or something like that. Which made it more epic.
This was a popular troll, yes.Killing amalgamation on Spine below 9 stack, because STOP DPS is so hard. Stretching out the fight to 10-15 minutes.
Holy pala keeping their beacon on Tsulong during night phase <317 minute-long torture on Tsulong, because boss actually receives damage on Day phase, and enters Night with higher HP than it had. Dispeling is hard.
On my DK tank back in Cata.
Joined the Fall of Deathwing LFR. After the trash was over after 10minutes. (ye we made it that far) Since we had good healers and I could taunt! No one wrote anything in the /raid chat during the time of the trash. I did not have my recount on my screen, so when I toggled it to my screen, I saw that I was doing 75~ % of the dmg. With that said the rogue who had just the ilvl req for getting in pulles the boss, after I and the healers told him not to. The boss enrages at 70% because we had tree people doing 30k+ dps.(And one was me) all the other dps'ers were afk.. I left without a blink, such a waste of time..

while i had not many amazingly bad ones, just the regular bad groups.
i did notice a decline in how well a LFR clear went, main reason is that many raiders who contributed a lot no longer need stuff from LFR since they got full normal/heroic items instead simply stop running LFR. i know this is the truth for me and some friends/guildies.
Any LFR (US, not EU) where players from the realms Azralon, Nemesis, Tol Barad, Goldrinn, Gallywix, Ragnaros, Quel'Thalas, and Drakkari out number the others. Azralon is the worst, beware.
You will be in for a very slow and painful LFR experience.
