Hi guys, not quite sure where to post this. Recently my guild has been out pacing my server's capacity for raid progress. As a result we've taken to recruiting via transfers in addition to continually posting on server forums, trade etc.

The problem we have with finding potentially recruits is there are no good site to do such a thing. Its akin to fishing...in a REAAALLY big lake.

We search wowprogress.com for recruits as well, but most posts aren't updated regularly or don't have a very good method of contact.


what does YOUR guild use as a recruiting tool? Any tips would be helpful..
