Pit lord xformation

So..I love xformation items and i saw some guy in Isly of Conquest that became this HUGE pitlord! Do any of you know what item does this? I googled everything i could think of but turned up short.

Did they do it in the middle of the fight? If they joined already transformed, I can only imagine they used Ai-Li's Skymirror at some point during a quest when you're transformed into a pit lord, though I couldn't say which, if any, quest does that.

we were running toward a flag before combat and the buff was "your transformed" . every 1 saw it and was like WHOA wtf!
