While exercise and diet threads are allowed (and people are reminded of the rule regarding misleading information) if you are experiencing a medical issue the only advice we will give you is to contact a doctor immediately and your thread will be locked.

This isn't because we're evil people who want to see you suffer, but because such matters should be handled in person by a trained and qualified specialist.
