I am curious if the "free" level 80 is still a reward? I've got an extra account that's been innactive since the release of MoP and figured why not send it a SoR and get a free toon out of rather then level one all the way through 80.
Also, is it still made so you can't get an instant 80 monk?

1. Your account has to be inactive since somewhere in March 2012. So "Since is release of MoP" is not long enough to be eligible.
2. Monks can indeed not use to boost to lvl 80 reward
