Idea for all race/class combos - class skins?

I recently had an idea that would allow all races to be any class they wanted to be without restriction. It would basically be the same class but with a visual overhaul or “skin” to make it race-friendly. For example: an Undead Shaman could be something like a death weaver. Lightning Bolt would become a darker spell with a skull or something fitting; maybe Earthbind Totem would become a spectral hand that comes out of the ground and grabs a leg, etc.

Basically every spell/talent would remain untouched except for the visual texture & animation. I’m sure this idea has come up before but it would require a lot of work to implement. Not that every race needs to be available to every class but I thought it would be a lore friendly solution to the age old dilemma.

Blizzard isn't even willing to put the work in to make classes that are supposed to be different for different races like paladins or priests be racially distinct and you think they would ever do that for every class?
