So...is the canopy supposed to be that distorted? I thought letting the pilot see out of his vehicle was a good thing.
I wonder if it will have a different paint-job when it lands after its first successful mission...
To put that into context, thats slower than a WW2 British Spitfire.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supermarine_Spitfire
almost 100 miles an hour slower actually, Iran truly is having a laugh.
Well, the Spitfire is one of the greatest planes ever built, in my opinion. So of course it is better than Tehran secondary school's class project.
I'm not here to dis Iran and all....but seriously.
If you can't build 4th generation Jet fighters I seriously doubt you could build a 5th generation one.
Russians are just rolling out their own 5th generation fighters and the Chinese are still playing catch up.
Both of these countries have INFINITLY more resources to conduct R+D and the Russians have shitfuckton load of engineering expertise (and probably helping along the Chinese).
I honestly doubt Iran just managed to pull out of it's rear end a functional 5th generation jet. Or even a prototype.
This has been confirmed fact. The only country with a nuttier regime than Iran is North Korea.
I don't think even the Iranian people are stupid enough to buy into this even with it coming from their own government. Unless I'm wrong about that and they are that stupid, I really don't see the Iranian leadership’s purpose of making (bigger) fools of themselves with something like this.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him.
Revelation 6:8
time to send Clint Eastwood in to steal that shit.
We've had stealth technology for something like 35-40 years, so I'm sure we know how to detect stealth aircraft. The united states owns the world's skies. This plane if it's real makes no difference.
Anyone else think Iran is just trolling the world?
kinda reminds me of a glider plane(not sure of the correct term)
Well children were used in Vietnam... Maybe super secret genetically engineered super children?
That is the tiniest stealth plane I've ever seen. It looks like a hollow model.
