(Enhance) Meta Gems for Will of the Emperor and other movement fights

Is it worth it to switch out my meta to a fleet rather than the baseline Agile one? I'm having a hard time getting out of the arcs, most of the time i only JUST get hit by one, barely a nick. Would it be worth the loss in dps to say, swap out my helmet for one with the fleet meta in it? I already have SW glyphed, i thought that would do well enough to solve my problems with this boss. We are still killing him, but I'd like to be able to do more bonus strikes.

The meta doesn't stack with the boot enchant, so if you already have the +minor speed increase to your boots, you won't get any benefit from the meta.
