UH Festerblight in 5.2?

Any link where i can see the rotation / priority for festerblight?
Or anyone kind enough to explain it to me

for what i have been reading is the same as regular unholy but instead of spending death runes on scourge strike u use them on festering strike, just that?

Does Festerblight snapshotted diseases Pest to adds/other bosses with the same snapshot that was originally taken, or does it take your stats upon Pest for the 2nd target?

the new diseases on the targets hit by pest are snapshotted from when you pressed pest, and the existing diseases are not effected
