Simple Status text addon

Ignoring the various opinions on unit frame addons and the like, ive played since vanilla and am a creature of habit. I'm used to my frames/bars a certain way and prefer not to fool with it at this point. All I want is an addon that will show me the health on mobs in both raw numbers and %. That's it, I do not want to have a drastic visual deviation from the wow frames (hate on that if you will). Is there any addon that will do this simple task? Thank you in advance.
