if you have UA up yea.. and damage from UA, which i'm pretty sure is affected by the haunt increase.

I really doubt the damage of UA is gonna stay, I wouldn't be surprised if it's getting nerfed, just like they did in cataclysm. Make UA 100% crit and increase damage, then nerf damage hard in a next patch.

And if the other team is not being troubled by the pressure of your team, their healer can dispel without worrying to much about the silence.

Don't think UA dispel damage will get nerfed, Blizz realized they made a mistake nerfing the dispel damage on top of nerfing afflic's dot damage pvp-wise . This UA dispel damage buff is actually reverting it to its pre-MoP power and it'll be one of the only things making affliction viable in 5.2 with all the class, plus demo and destro, percentage buffs coming in 5.2 that affliction was excluded from due to its pve dominance.
