Spells Slower to Register

Since logging in to 5.2, I'm noticing that my spells will take a moment to register as if I have high latency, but my latency is the same as always (30-40). The global will go around, and even after finishing, it will take a moment for my next spell to cast. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or is it just me?

edit: also happens without any addons turned on.
adit 2: actually... its more like everything is slower to register. accepting quests, looting, etc.

I see you're experiencing New Patch Syndrome.

The only current remedy for this is 1-2 weeks rest. Everything should be back to normal after that period.

It's most likely a server delay (feels like latency, but is actually caused by an overworked server).
