T15 Trinkets (Balance)

Does anyone have a list of trinket in order of what to use. Maybe including the Light of Cosmos double upgraded. I see a lot of site are saying different trinkets for BiS. What are your opinions?

Light of Cosmos is a tier 14 trinket, and will not be BiS compared with tier 15 heroic items. Doubt it will be better than normal items aswell. There is a big discussion here http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...-T15H-BiS-List that you can check for trinkets.
