Holy trinket help!

Hi there, would like some advice as to what trinket choice would be the best in a 25man raid scenario, on average (fight length is a huge factor I know)

Current trinkets:

Spirits of the Sun (LFR, 483ilv)
Relic (2/2 484 ilevel)

I've had bad luck with trinket drops, the rest of my gear is heroic level, average itemlevel 501.

I'm thinking of buying the Soothing Talisman of the Shado-Pan Assault trinket from the vendor, to replace my 483 spirits of the sun, but wanted some advice here first.
