Potential bug with 2 piece t15 (Holy/Disc)?

Can any Priests test whether the 2 piece t15 for Holy/Disc is bugged in the same way the Mistweaver bonus is bugged?

The Mistweaver bonus was supposed to act like this:

100% > 115% > 132.5% healing on each consecutive Renewing Mist target (that is, each jump should do 15% more healing than the last). However in practice, on both live and PTR (and hasn't been fixed yet), Renewing Mist is behaving like this:

115% > 132.5% > 152.0875% healing on each consecutive Renewing Mist target. This doubles the strength of the bonus. As far as I am aware, the Holy/Disc set bonus adds healing in the same fashion (different %s but whatever) and instead of being the % increase it is, it's different because it applies the % increase on the first thing.

I don't feel like testing it, but I have comparison logs from this week and last of Iron Quon and Twins, first week without 2 piece and this week with. Definitely an increase, but I havnt looked in depth at it.
