Weak Auras: Raid CDs and Player Names

I have been trying to figure out a way to show the player who cast the raid wide cooldown. For example, devotion aura goes out, if possible I would like to see the duration remaining (which i know how to do), and the name of the player who used it.

Well if you can do the hard (not really) part in showing the duration of the raid CD can't you just use either RSA to announce in raid chat who cast the spell, or get them to macro a /ra announce into the spell?

Yeah I could, but I would rather show it through weak auras.
