Any thoughts on lore fitting? First guess it's Mogu shaping, second I go with Shaman guess made here earlier.

the mogu are down. I'd guess they are animals from the firelands, like the fire dogs we saw there which are returning as pets for garrosh's dark shamans in 5.3:
