While they don't have guns, Belmont Bomber, Pyramid Head Bomber, and Anubis Bomber have weapons. These are usually tied in with their special abilities. Probably what's going to happen with these exclusives.

The fact that microsoft had to resort to Captain King in this day and age shows how completely devoid of recognisable first party characters they are.
