Easy solution: Schedule off-nights for guild flex runs and offer these guys a social spot until they are geared up enough to raid, and involve them in flexes. Originally Posted by Blood fox

Edit: of course if you're involved heavily in heroics this will not work.. We're bunch of scrubs that have 8/14 normal progression

ughhh there's no way in fucking hell I'm committing any more raids/raid times.As it is I'm trying to reduce the amount of hours I raid due to stress.
and the person is already like 545 Ilevel, it's jsut not enough to be progression with an 8/14 guild right now.
