10m Heroic -> 25m Normal

Can you do this? My guild leader wants to kill what bosses we can on 10m hardmode, then continue the lockout with 25m normal. Basically, kill the first boss on hardmode. Then grab our alts and make a 25m raid to kill the first boss on normal mode, then merge the lockouts and bring our mains back in. I don't think you can, but could be wrong.

The 10 ppl that did it on 10m hc will be saved to the first boss even if you go 25m

But can they join the 25m on normal AFTER the first boss is dead?

You can do this. You cannot do any HEROIC 25 man bosses after you've been saved to a heroic 10 man lockout, but you can do normals as much as you want. Your individual toons are still saved to whatever bosses they killed for the week.

Yes. Normals are completely interchangeable afaik. The only hang-up is with heroic modes.
