Transmog and tier set bonus

I have been thinking for a while now that if ya don't like your current set bonus that it would be pretty cool
if you could transmog set bonus from past tiers. it would also allow you to see how they worked if your alt wasn't max at the time the set bonus was current.

Would cause so many balancing problems now it would be hilarious at least to see.

Just imagine mages going around with thunderforged gear with the 4 set from ICC.
