item duping?

wasn't item duping fixed already? or what's up with this item among several top rated players?

Who knows, nobody it seems. Not even Blizzard, or they are just keeping quiet as useal.

No it wasn't fixed I promise you that. Hell I even have a duped manticore like pretty sure It's duped like a few people have the exact manticore I've had for awhile now.

It is no longer possible. Since Blizzard mentioned they will no longer roll back so called "stolen gear", that was simply sold after the complainer (scammer) got his items back.

If you NOW state your account and goods are stolen, Blizzard will replace it with bound on account gear, so it can no longer be traded.

Of course the restored old gear stays within the economy as long as they are not destroyed. Logical, since innocent people bought some restored gear without knowing, so they shouldn't be punished.

But the roll back by Blizzard of stolen gear is no longer free to be sold, due to being bind on account.

That ended a few weeks back.

And no ... The server based game prevents active duping from a user side. Simple.

Hurry and sell it xD I noticed a Manticore going for 6 billion some 2 months ago, via forums. It was also top notch.

I would just sell all gear that good.

yeah, rampant duping by rollback has been stopped. but that doesn't mean it's completely stopped. after all, the item CAN still be duped in the same way, just the rollback is BOA. the sold item is *not*.

and the dupes that are out there prior to this can still be sold/traded. (like my sword, and, it seems, my mempo =/)

btw, if you do decide to sell, i'd prolly sell when 1.08 drops. max people will be back playing to 'see' the new patch. but don't wait too long, because people will soon get into 1.09 mentality and start realizing they should hold off til that item patch to see if better stuff comes along. (like say a level 63 buriza)

I would of done it long ago really someone offered me an entire fortune for my entire char like a month ago but my brain was like WHAT IF EXPANSION FIXES EVERYTHING
