    Unhappy Tortos HC - not enough DMG/Heal?

    Hi guys,

    I've read through most of the Tortos HC Guides and we tried several tactics.
    Our setup is as follows:

    DK tank (can go frost)
    Druid tank (can go cat)
    Ret pala (can go prot)
    rogue
    hunter (has a kite spec)
    warlock
    ele shaman
    druid heal
    pala heal
    disci heal (can go shadow)

    we had the dk kite the bats, as well as with a blood as with a frost spec - he died when the second bat wave arrived.
    we tried killing the bats, letting dk / druid tank. they died/we couldn't kill the bats before the new wave came.

    in our latest attempts we made our ret go prot which made it a bit easier. but still we had issues and people died..

    is our heal too bad? do we miss something?
    could anyone please check our latest log?

    I'd say DK/Pally tank.

    Druid go DPS
    Priest go Shadow

    Rogue/Feral focus bats > Boss

    Warlock keeps Curse of Exhaustion (Glyphed) up on all 3 turtles and focuses turtles

    Hunter floats between bats and turtles (Always make sure 1 turtle is "dead")

    Priest focuses turtles/boss

    Ele sham on turtles/bats

    Bats should die before each stomp or else your tanks WILL die each time.

    1 of the turtles per set should be used to kick at the bats, I as our shadow priest, kicked the turtles to interrupt breath, while our hunter kicked to apply the debuff to the bats.
