New realm, new start.

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if you guys could help me out at all.

I haven't played WoW for over a year and me and my guild have decided it's time to become active again. However we want a change of realm as well as faction. So i was wondering if you guy's knew of decent realms to transfer to, I have a few things i would like.

. Moderate - High population.
. PvP realm
. Even Ratio's - (I know this is difficult, but as close as can be, heavier on the alliance side if it must.)
. Friendly community (ally side)
. A decent raiding community as i will require some new recruits.
. An English speaking realm.
. And finally some world PvP would be good.
. Lively Barrens chat (lol i JK )

I know its gonna be quite difficult to find a realm with all of these thing's on, but if you guys could help me find a pretty close one id appreciate id hugely!
