I am not sure about you, but I am a victim of a "dying realm", a once thriving community is now dying a quickening death.
Raid guilds are struggling on both sides, disbanding constantly, to the point where there's but a few left, and even less that are recruiting outside their 10 friends.
WoW is a community game, it exists on community.
Outside of people who have poor PCs, who enjoys sitting around in an empty city with nobody to interact with?
Imo dead realms are one of the things most killing the game, and no CRZ doesn't fix that, it doesn't re-create an artificial community because you'll never see those players again.
Blizzard's excuse of "PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO LOSE THEIR CHARACTER NAME!! NOW PAY £25 OR GTFO!" I find absolutely pathetic.
Empty realms are down to Blizzard's design of making too many realms and assuming the community wouldn't decline.
I think it's time to start merging them, or at least not forcing players to pay £25 or reroll to escape them.
