The addon is called rarity. i takes count all of the attempts till the mount drops. it is also used for pets, toys and other customs drops as well.

Rivendare's mount is still rare, but it's 'farmable' meaning it's inside an instance that can just be reset. So you can theoretically just do 300 tries back to back for 15 hours and get it. It's probably one of the easier instance mounts. Also, not sure to which point in time you are referring. From what I heard, in vanilla the drop rate was significantly lower and it was only boosted later, possibly late vanilla or even in tbc. The real difficulty comes not from the drop rate, or at least not only. If you can try unlimited amount of times, or once per day per character, it's significantly easier than if you can try just once per week.


Headless Horseman's mount is more tricky because it requires hallow's end, but since account-wide mounts it's also way easier to get. Some people still struggle, though. Honestly if you have the bare minimum of each class maxed (so twelve 110s) you probably get it during 1 hallow's end if you do the boss 12 times a day.

I _think_ Vraxthul is the last outdoor mount im missing in Argus, save one egg mount, but it's sort of confusing.

Handynotes addon. Checks to see if groups are made for a specific rare to guesstimate if it's up or not, usually works. Easy as looking at your map and seeing which skull has a green border.
