Why would Blizzard ruin their favorite character Tyrael by turning him human? It's like shooting your own foot. And why did our characters decide to kill Zoltan Kulle? I have replayed that scene a couple of times and I still don't understand it. He was actually right all along.
But the worst part of Diablo 3 is that mortals are more powerful than angels and demons. If that's the case, why even call the game Diablo and have it be about hell and heaven fighting? Might as well just have a shitload of mortals fight other mortals, since apparently they are the most powerful of them all. It renders the angels and demons totally obsolete, except even though they are the core of the franchise. That part of the storyline of Diablo 3 takes a huge crap on the established lore. Diablo 3 expansion or Diablo 4 might just as well be a generic Medieval setting game without heaven or hell theme, because they aren't important anymore.
But yeah, the dialogue is the most embarrasing. Especially act 3 and 4.

Wouldn't it be very anti-climatic to fight Imperius when we have just defeated the most powerful version of Diablo ever? Take note that Diablo whooped Imperius' ass, so why should we go back to a weaker chump to beat up?
The only thing I can think of right now that would be equal or slightly stronger than Diablo Prime would be Imperius Prime or an evil Nephalem. Both lame options if you ask me.
