Mostly Blood Elves through my time, I enjoy their lore, and the music that goes with the fantastic zones really made every other race look like dog poo when I first began to play.

Same here, Iciya = Lady Iciya Sunwing. The daughter of a Blood Elf Noble, before she was killed by the Scourge that is. Now she is a merc working for a Goblin cartel called the Steelwater Cartel. Currently traveling with The Flaming Dagger privateer ship.

If I have an idea for a character I decide what race based on the character's over-all personality and motivations. Brutal, aggressive, meritocratic: Orc. Self-important, pompous, scholarly: Elf. Xenophobic, superstitious, self-righteous: Human. So on and so forth.
