60Kg*15,15
90Kg*10
120Kg*6
150Kg*3
172,5Kg*8 Short Break -->
182,5Kg*2 Longer Break -->
150Kg*10
At heavy sets, I always take a few breaths after every rep, taking my time (~10-15 secs between each rep).
Go heavy or go home.
