Confused about my DPS

So I have just finished my legendary cloak questline a day ago and was excited as I had heard that it gives a decent DPS upgrade.
However when I was testing on dummies, my DPS unbuffed was ranging from 190k down to 130k
I am wondering where can I get an accurate reading or prediction on the DPS I should be doing and what kind of rotation I should be doing as a surv hunter. I also learned that ES can stack and you dont have to wait for the ticks to end to shoot a new one.

I am sitting at an ilvl of 552.

Before I can legit answer what you're doing wrong I need some more statistical information on what you're currently doing (AKA logs.)
