    Because AW and GotAK are Abilities, and Bloodbath/Avatar/Stormbolt are Talents and are listed under T6 Talents...

    Caster CD reduction trinkets appear to have been completely removed.
    For healers this means its yet another tier of stat procs and bonus overhealing. gj making it boring trinket tier for casters, especially healers.

    Sometimes you just have to stop healing some people to prove a point, if they don't listen, it's really their own fault :P
