Legendary warglaive i hate you!

Warglaives does indeed look cool.

But what is the cool thing about having them today?

If you equip them and fight - then you are extremely nerfed.

You cant transmog them.

Try wearing them in Well of Eternity some time. Illidan will tell you that you seem oddly prepared.

In 5.4 Warriors get a minor glyph that makes your weapon take on the appearance of a random weapon from your "primary" bag (I assume that means backpack?). That's a sorta convoluted way to temporarily transmog legendaries for one class at least (assuming they allow legendaries to work for this, I haven't tested it yet).

many want the swords for their looks and feel it is an accomplishment to have them, even if they are soloable.

Maybe 70% hope they will one day allow transmog of legendaries without restrictions.

I am a supporter of allowing this only with the correct achievement AND achievement date. For all BC and Classic Legendaries, you could only set the date to the introduction of achievements end of 2009. They did a similar thing with old pvp armor, they should go with this again for legendaries...if you happen to get a legendary during the actual expansion you could transmog it. Else... keep it rare and disallow.

You do realize that this restriction, even if justified, is simply bad for all people who bothered to get them right? This restriction solves a problem that doesnt even exist.

Was some time ago, but I was extremely bored so decided to do BT on my warrior I don't even play anymore, off-hand drops that I've been missing for years!
So I decided to try my luck on my rogue for the head for transmog. Main-hand drops, go the week after and off-hand drops! Have total 3 kills on my rogue and got the glaives in consecutive weeks (and total 3 glaives, the correct ones I needed as well, in 2 weeks)

How does BoA make them common? You still have to work for it.

Forcing you to win the lottery twice just because you start a new character is just silly.

Second legendary to have this happen when you equip it and enter a dungeon. If you have Atiesh and enter Shade of Aran's room in Karazhan he screams "WHERE DID YOU GET THAT!?! Did HE send you!

I know RNG is RNG, but I swear monks have better luck with the glaives.

11 runs to get my set on my monkey. Really, the only reason I was going (and to get exalted with the Ashtongue).

I kinda miss those runs, they were very profitable (2K gold per run) vs the... maybe 200-250 for SSC and TK combined.

So i was runing black temple pretty much every posible week with a pug (and now solo) on my rogue for warglaives since tbc.
I have this weapon since....woltk:


Then on my 3rd run on my monk (i was going after a mog head) this happens....


Where is the justice (i think i have araund 200+ bt runs on rogue araund 48 each year)

least you can use them..*grumbles something about blizzard hateing paladins for legendarys and no duel-wielding, because apprently we can't when warriors can*

Hey, I got the main hand Azzinoth on my Monk too. 1st run even. And she's a gnome! I made quite a couple of my friends rage when I told them :-D

I've had one ninja'd, missed one drop in Cata, gave up one to finish the guy who got the ninja'd one's set, then got one. I hate Illidan almost as much as Kael'thas at this point.
